2. Hosting and server log files

This website is a static website hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host automatically stores the following information your browser sends in server log files:

• IP address
• browser type and version
• operating system
• referrer URL (the page visited before)
• host name of the accessing computer
• date and time of the request

This data is processed only to keep the site running without faults, to analyse errors and for security, and is deleted afterwards. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form on this website, we process the following data:

• name
• email address
• phone number, if you give it
• message

This data is used only to answer your enquiry and is deleted once the conversation is finished. It is not passed on to third parties. It is sent by email to our address (markus@yungfisherman.com).

4. Films on wave.video

The films on this website are not embedded. When a page loads, only a preview image is shown, served from our own server; no connection to wave.video is made.

Only when you actively click “Play” does the wave.video player open. From that moment personal data (for example your IP address) may be transferred to wave.video, and wave.video's privacy policy applies.

5. Fonts

The fonts of this website are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
• have your data erased, unless a legal duty to keep it applies (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

7. How long data is kept

Personal data sent with an enquiry is checked by hand and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed (for example once your enquiry is answered), unless a legal retention period applies.

8. No cookies

This website uses no cookies. Only technically necessary functions are provided.
